Amanda Osborne has operated in the dining and nightlife space her entire career, from Miami, to Los Angeles, Napa and Palm Springs to Las Vegas, she has packed an encyclopedic knowledge of the space into her arsenal. Most recently, she served at The Mirage in Las Vegas as General Manager of Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak. Prior to that Amanda was General Manager for Matchbox Food Group, Palm Springs.
Before making the move west, Amanda led dining and nightlife at Dream South Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, where she was the Director of Food and Beverage. She has also held various positions such as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at the Delano Hotel, Pastry Chef at Michel Richard’s Citrus at Social Hollywood, Operations Manager at Social Hollywood, Wine Educator at Cakebread Cellars, Napa, and Assistant General Manager at the Blue Light Grill and Raw Bar in Charlottesville, Virginia. Amanda Osborne attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2002.
