The Principals of Hospitality Alliance have significant experience at every level of real estate ownership and transaction. We have participated in the sale or finance of over $6.5 Billion of real estate across all real estate types.

We have located desirable property acquisitions for development; conducting due diligence, financing, and development. We have sourced and negotiated property and space leases and management agreements (each as both landlord and tenant).

We have overseen the design, construction, redevelopment and repositioning of many iconic hotels, restaurants, lounges and food halls as ownership executives or principals. ‎This includes the branding, hiring, public relations oversight, opening and management/operation.
